Its quite simple really . Just created three spheres gave them the 'Santraginus V' texture in the water and liquids section , i then created a torus and resized it a bit and gave it the 'Green lit' texture from the complex ex section . Its all done in Bryce 5 . Takes a bit of time to render though :)
