Encouraged by remarks the trees aren't that bad, I added a couple more of them. I agree that it looks better, the whole scene became a bit darker, due to all those shadows. The sign was added because of the winter scene. I made an observation: putting the sign to the right at the other side of the lake, enhances the impression of civilisation.
