Impressive modeling on the lighthouse. Image contrast could be boosted maybe in your paint package. Maybe Frozencrys streaming light material would do for the beam?
Nice setting. Beautiful lighthouse. Using a terrain for the waves is a good idea, the material used on it is not ideal. For the light, try to use a massive spotlight. Now, it looks more like a flamejet then a light beam.
