This is a model of a memory stick, Ram. Very easy to make, used textures from some pictures of a DDR-ram stick i found on internet.

3D Maybe i will break one of them in parts. It will as you say look more like a 3D object. And you who asked about where i got the models, made them myself in bryce. Thnx for the comments
It's hard to tell the difference from a photograph. The PCBs look 2D the way they are presented. It would look more Bryce if you had a -- say pencil -- under the PCBs so that they don't lay that flat. Or what about breaking one of them, it's virtual, you know.
