Great idea to do a waterfall coming out a cave. Water looks cold, waterfall is really cool. Follow David's advise to improve the terrain and tweak the material applied to it a bit. Somehow, I don't like the flat grassy parts, but I have no recommendation to do better. Generally, with this picture you show that you are on your way. Keep it up.
Like the textures, colours and the lighting. The terrain I'm not so sure about, try editing it, lowering the rez one notch, upping it again, them filter it by a bit of erosion or add sub plateuxs and then up the rez one more level. That should minimise the effect of those unsightly hard edged tryangles at least. That's what I think.
Good Waterfall is really well done. You might want to work a little bit more on the background stuff like the mountains, but the waterfall is really good.
Great water I like the falls :)
