Cold Hands
25 Birch trees from the library were used. A standing skeleton I found on the Internet as a free 3ds wireframe. I fiddled around quite a bit to bring it into a sitting position. This is not DAZ where limbs can be rotated on the joints. Everything falls apart, but then, that's what skeletons are all about. These nice guys burn the skulls they had snatched from other woodhands.

Fire work If you create the fire on around 4 randomly generated stones that have some angles to them. Stack them, group the stones, then 3d Randomize and distribute them, and you will get a more realistic fire. On top of that, stick a radial light above the fires to "light them up" .
I like the idea - I think Tonkin's sense of humour must be infecting this site, this is the second image today that has reminded me of his quirkyness - anyway, I was going to say that I thought the trees seemed a little regularly spaced perhaps to an unnatural degree. Could the scene be lit entirely by fires - you will need a lot more lights, but it might be an interesting experiment.
Great... the fire on the left looks like its floating. Skeletions are poser, right? The tree in the middle cold be lowered a bit.
