Take the object in your scene you wish to be in focus and select it. Next open up the Render Options dialogue box. Select Premium Render - use a low number of Rays per pixel for trial render use 36 or 64 for finished render. Select Depth of Field. Also select 48 bit dithering and set the TIR - these should always be set no matter what. Then use the Set to Current Selection button to fix the focal lengh of your lense to the object selected and then render away. It may take a while!

how do you you get it like that?

jesuisArchived

Answere's Yeah Fox Boy Its meant to be fuzzy Its called DOF depth of feild and it blurs out other things and keeps other things crystal kleen. Anyways Yeah I was going for a natural Scene With Natural lighting as well anyways Thanks for the comments There always apreciated

Very cool, thought... is it meant to be this fuzzy... neat idea

Nice idea, nicely done.

Reminds me of War of the Worlds or the Karaken Wakes - that kind of thing. Good though DOF is, it can make things you want to look large look small. Still this is an intreguing image. Lighting seems quite natural, which helps.
