The ground
I guess that the mirror like ground was some kind of an effect you were looking for, but I thing a perfect mirror like this one may not be so good for a room(overall). Maybe if you put a mat as just as reflective as this one, but with a bit of a...noise(I'm not sure if that was the term for that).
Agree for the bed too. Any colorful texture will help a lot. The room is dark anyways, so a texture will not give this "kind of doll house" like feeling.

I adgree with Horo. Try changing the color and texture. The canopy on the bed doesn't help much.
