I still have to make someone or something that has the attention of the main subjects and make the structures and background but this is where I am at right now. Any ideas?

Horo's just about thought of everything I wanted to say - again - I will just add, how about putting them in a show window with bemused shoppers gazing in on the scene?
How about a Roman amphitheatre or a scene where the lady leads the tiger out of a cage. I could also imagine a clearing in a forest. An if you really go for a harsh contrast: let them wait to cross a busy street in a town and a bit of movie camera gear in the background.
