The thing that strikes me about this aircraft is that it would be more difficult to make this in wings3D than it would be to utilise Byrce's own primitives and maybe even a few Metaspheres for the body. Nothing wrong with that though. I agree with Richter with respect to the style of the model, but I see no problem with that either.
As a whole your work lacks detail and perhaps antialiasing. Although I really like the plane - it is somehow cartoon-like. Maybe you should put more planes out there, each one with unique texture and crash some of them as in a cartoon show :), you know... just a suggestion. Nevertheless good start!
