I agree with Horo, but if see correctly the date (if it's a date) on this one, I'll say that it's more then achievement. Not black & white rather some sort of sepia. Interesting as a whole.

I agree with divee. Though I like that slightly brown monochrome picture, doing it all in colour would certainly be a challenge. The lighting is a bit flat.
