Terragen Island
thought I would be fun to reinstall Terragen and make a few pieces. Overall its a nice little program. Camera take some time to get use to. And the desire to kick in your monitor passes after you get the controls down.

Actually, FoxBoy, I like it. You could achieve much more then that, but this is a great start to play with Terragen. Wish you good luck!
Recreate the perspective in Bryce and try to duplicate the lighting as best you can. Render the boat, then an object mask for the boat, and use the mask to bring the boat into your Terragen scene via a paint package. Fiddly but I know of no better way to achieve this effect.
Wow... I'v tried but I cant seem to import .obj in Terregan. Tried being it into Bryce... I can but it looks really bad.
nice job FoxBoy, but are sure you can even import birds or a boat into Terragen. I thought terragen only works with its own files.
David - Funny you should say that... I'm currently working on one now. Ymar - My excuse, I still figuring out how to add mats to the landscape.
Nicely atmospheric, but it could do with something extra, maybe a boat in the foreground or some circling sea birds?
TerraGen, indeed. Very convincing.
O.o Realy nice looking scene , realistic water , but maybe a bit tedious with a lot of the same colour family but i nice 4/5 ik think good work.
