Bumble Bees
i'v been visiting the site lately and been kinda sad to see that nothing new is being posted. I made this image in the theme of the Wings Monthly Challenge on the Wings3d.com-website and thought "why not post it on bryce5.com"...so here it is, heh. It really isn't much, I know. But, it is a WIP and i really wanted to post something. Anyways, tell me what to fix and do to this image and i'll try to do so as best as i can...

i agree with richter, round the wings, maybe a bit less blur on the background bees, and Give It Some Sceenery!!&!, even just a water plane, :O I like the bee, but the background does it no justice, (very "open a new document & hit render")
First and most important to me, personally, is getting out of the default bounds that Bryce has to offer. I mean the sky, gray terrain, you know. I always liked the cartoon appearance of a rendering. It's not always the goal to recreate reality. The bee is cute and the textures are nice. The wings seem to be the "problem" to me. Too edgy maybe. Keep it going, romtin!
