A good concept but in need of further development. Maybe one of Richters excellent Halloween Rat's (3ds Models) would not look out of place in this scene?
The second ring from top at left cuts into the next. Good start, but not much precision in assembling the chain. Otherwise, I agree with FoxBoy about the length of the chains and the sice of the cuffs.
I get this really wierd feeling that the really short or just have really big arms
