I agree with what has already been said. I feel that the water in the first version was indeed too busy, but now this surface is not busy enough. Water in a brook like this would flow so there should be at least a little bit of wavy bump. The wave effect you had before seemed fine it was just too small or high frequency. Slow it down and bring it back in. The ground cover is much better, a bit hilly, but better. I like the boat too. Nice work.

Thanks. And yeah I know. I should have moved it more and made it smaller maybe. I tried to get it to look like grass growing at the edge of water ways like streams and such.

Much better, and you've got rid of the strange "tail" the character on the left appeared to have. The lighting and the poses are very nice. Good use of the boat in the foreground. The grass along the edge of the bank is the only thing that really stands out to me as looking a little out of place.

Oh - great improvement, indeed. The forest ground looks much better and the boat makes all the difference.
