Empty One Room Studio Apartment
No IBl this time. It caused far too much banding as it interacted with the window panes. A study in indirect lighting. Ideally, direct sunlight enters the window, strikes the floor, and then bounces around illuminating the rest of the room as indirect light. Since Bryce does not calculate this bouncing I have placed spotlights to foster the bounce. Soft Shadows engaged. Sunlight provided with a dome of 80 lights placed very far away. Indirect lighting provided by 14 secondary light sources at different strengths and positions. Total render time about 7 hours on this current system. It is about 10x the faster in render speed than my single processor celeron was, so this would have taken about 70 hours on that system. I am curious how much more quickly this scene will render with hard shadows so I will test that out abd post the results. Thanks for your time. Feedback is appreciated.
