Help with Texture/ Model

I was wondering if any of you awesome people had a good idea on how to texture this model because everything I put on it I think it looks kinda bad. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated or if you want the model to texture it yourself for some reason I can email it to you. Ideas to make model better are also needed. Made in Maya rendered in Bryce. Thanks
