This image due to its monochrome nature can be used as a stencil-guide that will help me make an interesting woodcut :)
Thanks Guys! My health problems are a holistic issue, if you know what I mean. My present life situation and the accompanying frustrations are wearing me out. I'm trying to hold onto the idea that it is all temporary and things will get better in time but I've never been confortable playing waiting games. I guess that's all I'll say for now. Rashad- I'll definitely check the DAZ forum for that Lightning issue. It there is a version that fully utilizes multiple processors then my original idea about the multi-Xeon servers may be a good one. I'll be doing more work with Carrara and eventually I'll purchase 3DS Max. Their render clients are SMP compatible, if I'm not mistaken. I'll have to fully research things before I spend the money. Thanks for the tip! :-)
Very nice it radiates out in all directions. I will be watching for your animation which may be a sign of regained health.
Spektyr, There is some conversation going on at Daz3d about the Bryce Lightning and multiprocessors. Looks like there are some versions of Lightining that do indeed use all cores on all machines so your farm of many machines might turn out to funtion after-all. Check it out in the Daz Bryce forums!
Now this is a very nice picture - chased silver. Very nice how it fades away towards the picture frame. Great job, man!
Looks amazing. Almost like a sketch produced with pencil. Perhaps a photo negative of a pencil sketch since the background is black. Very nice work. The name is perfect.
