Excellent piece of work, superbly composed. The river bank at middleground right looks like rock which seems a bit odd with the trees. I think you'll have to render such a piece with premium and 64 rays to get the grass and the needles of the trees as well as the water in the distance better. Those parts look as if they were rendered without antialiasing engaged. It would make the render much longer to finish, though.

great scenery my only crits are; maybe darker sand texture, higher jpeg quality please, too much ambient channel on the leafs of the trees, trees in the back look a little too lined up: I would add a lot more variation to the position and height of trees.

Things I love. I love the sky, the water, the grass reeds. The image is vey well composed. The lighting is very functional and does not distract from the piece or draw attention to itself. The only thing I think might need revision could be the river bank especially to the right. It looks lie it is reflective, shiny even. Is this from water? Anyway great image!!! Where did you get the grass from?
