It'a whimsical, that's for sure. I like the rays off that star and the bump map on the water is very good. It's a really nice image. Good work!

Now the Flying Dutchman looks cool. Nice idea. The water looks good in this light. Difficult to fully appreciate in this small size.

This certainly looks like a fantasy land. Not sure what GIMP is? Very nice looking star in the sky along with some great water. Very interesting texture on the mountains was this your own creation or from the Bryce materials? Nice simple scene.
