Good use of refraction. I think that a less transparent liquid however will increase the dramatic feeling of this factory... that is if you are ever to do changes on this one. Eccentric, I like it :)

The top half seems fully rendered, but the bottom half does not appear completed. The idea is awesome and I love the depth of it all. The babies are cool, I think you shoud find a way to vary the bubble arrangements, that is if there are multiple babies. If it is all reflections from carefull hidden mirrors then disregard my madness and statement.
