Good observation on the shield bearer. Did all those soldiers really slow down you computer? It could be the angle making it look like David is floating.
They shouldn't be floating, that is if the land down button did its job. The shadowing is a bit odd with the low sun angle. The soldiers are obj's that I loaded as an ecosystem. There is an option of random facing which can be turned off. The soldier in front of Goliath is his shield bearer, read 1 Samuel 17.
Very nice and a great idea with the soldiers. Did you just load them as objects into the ecosystem and how did you keep them all standing in the right direction? The grass looks great. Nice job on the sling. Why do you have the guy standing in front of Goliath with the shield. I was always under the impression that Goliath was to fight alone after all it is just a wee little boy. Very nice scene it gives me some good ideas as I made a similar scene in Bryce about a year ago. And it sure does look like David is standing in the air.
