` Thanks for the feedback and yeah I forgot about the scaling thing I will fix this later hehe its hard to render on a 1 gb of ram :P
I feel the material on the dress looks really nice. Most vampires are killed by bright sunlight. Had this character not been a vampire I would say the lighting was good for a daytime scene. You have np ugly ambient glow, you are using radials and other techniques for the light and that is very good. I feel I do see a shadow from her but it is very very soft, probably too soft, the light source producing the light must be very wide to create such a soft shadow. But to me this image show alot of promise and understanding from the artists. Scaling is paramount, as Horo observes correctly. Keep it up!
The pictures are owned by artist who uploaded it on this site. I would ask the artist if he/she agrees to have his/her picture included in your artwork. Personally, I would be honoured if one of my humble experiments were of any use at all. On the first look, it looks good but on the second one, I have serious quibbles. The door behind the vampirish lady is too small - we have a size issue here. The floor tiles give it away that she is not yet that far from the doors. The wings - though very good with the transparency, appear a bit small to me. They would never carry the lady if she wanted to get airborne. I have generally a bit of a problem with ladies running around carring some sort of dagger ready to hit. That the knife has a serrated edge doesn't make it better. The lady must be some sort of a ghost since she doesn't cast a shadow, which she ought to in this illumination.
