Your animation "colin's giraffe, a tribute" is an Absolute Killer! I almost fell off the chair laughing. On the tech side you know that there's an obvious problem with the joint weights, but it is exactly this way of rigging that made this 11 sec. animation look so funny!! The giraffe in the environment is a more serious matter and the deformations are closer to reality. You're improving, not many people here model, texture and rig char's by themselves. keep it going, Colin!
