This is the second rendition. of my scene I've altered the haze and changed the sun color. I wanted to add bats as Horo suggested, but I have none.

Hell yeah! ]:) Looking good! Perhaps bats are not the thing to worry here. I see your image is 1120x611 and the filesize is roughly 37Kb, at the end you should get at least 500Kb. So the overall quality matters and here it is not good. Once you finish rendering a project, use the Export Image option and save it as *.bmp. Then use IrfanView or another free viewer to re-save the pic with 95~100% quality *.JPG file. Remember that your artworks need to be as "clean" as possible in order to receive the audience's attention.
I think the first version was looking like a hellish place! Very disturbing hot atmosphere!
Now it looks like a hellish place.
