Bronze & Blue Room
Man, I gotta tell ya, these interior scenes are killers. Some items have good shadows while others have light coming down directly on them and they have lost the shadow. There is no Sun or Sky, if you were able to see outside, it is pitch black. I wish I had a TV that big, lol. As in my last interior scene, placement of objects was very easy, it was trying different colors and textures that takes so long. Before anyone asks, the upper ceiling was created using a mat called Liquid Metal. I notice a few things that could be adjusted, but after working for more than a week on this, I got a little "testy" and finally quite late last night.

Hi Rashad, I checked and it is fully black. Seeing that there are 14 Radial lights and 3 spot lights might be why it is so bright. The room is a complete room with 4 walls. I've done some experimenting on the original and cannot find any light source that could be providing light. The spot lights that are in the lights have a "soft shadow" setting. I do guarantee that if I remove all the lights, the room will be totally black.
Amazing to say the least. lots of detail, and beautiful arrangement. Most likelythe sky dome color which is next to the ambient color and soft shadow controls in the sky lab is probably not fully black so light is bleeding in from above. Still, this piece is magnificent!

Yup, everything is black. I just checked. Thanks for the comment Horo. Gonna start another soon. I really like creating these, but I drive myself nuts trying to get the colors and textures I want, lol. Got lots of other things to do first for the next couple of days.
Hey - you're really good at interiors. The work you put into this shows. It is really very good! You say the outside is pitch black. Are you sure you have the sky dome in the sky lab also set to full black?
