A conversation around the artwork

Thanks, Richter! Спасибо;)! These flowers are Bryce native trees, just tweaked to be ecosystem (thanks to Rashad;) so I could put more of it into the scene. I'll try your advice about the sky and rocks, and if I would manage to get appropriate result, I'll put it here. Thanks again all of You!

If you haven't mentioned it Alexandr, I'd never suspected that the human figure was made this way. Really nice! Excellent stone formations behind, plant and leaf distribution! Здорово получилось! ;) I have only a couple of things I want to add - if those "flowers" around the woman didn't take much Ram memory, you could've populated larger area with them, also a few rocks/stones, smaller and bigger, in foreground would level up the realism. The second thing is the almost cloudless sky. It is effective this way, though I feel that just a slight bit of gradient in there could make it more contrasting and less plain. No more quibbles, Alexandr. Intriguing image.

Wow! Thank You for your kind comments!I like how it turned too. I was experimenting a lot with tis technique and not all experiments turned good. By the way, inspiration for this picture was the clip of Bosson to the song "Efharisto" where girl is standing in front of trapezium-shaped stone...

Full points for cleverness. Brilliant job creating the appearance of a 3d woman using a height map. Camera angling is essential here. there is a lack of shadow that makes me curious about her, but that only occurs after some thought. The scenatio overall is quite lovely. I live the overcall color cast. Very nice work here 5+

The shadows give it away that she is a 3D model. Doing this with a symtrical lattice is very bold. You did an outstanding job on her! This is a beautiful work you've done here. It conveys the feeling of desert excellently. The only "flaw" are the birds, I don't think they would be aloft in this havy sand dust. But they do help the composition and make here even more lonely. I see no reason why this wouldn't be worth a 5/5.

Thank You, Connor. She is symmetrical lattice with texture applied to it.I found that if you put default picture into the terrain map as a height map, the result - symmetrical lattice would be very noisy and I couldn't make it really volumetric to achieve light, but with some work in graphical application, I could create appropriate height map. Because I didn't manage to learn how to create clothes myself (but, I'm working on it) I don't use 3D models of human in my work. But, I'm working on it.

Great job. I really like it. Is the lady a 3D model? Her clothes look really good.
