Small sink detail (B7b) TA + IBL (Horo's hdr)
Bryce 7 beta Render time 22 hours Horo's hdr provides indirect lighting via TA method as a background and also direct lighting as simulated light source. Premium effects render at 256 RPP. The high RPP to try to elimintate noise from the TA method. Also, soft shadows in the IBL are prone to noise and this again is helped with high RPP selection. DOF effect used too. On my old 3.4 gHz P4 this would have taken about ten days to render out. A combination of IBL lighting and high sampling premium effects have made this an intensive render. I think the conbination of IBL and TA has much to commend it in terms of achieving high quality lighting. Pity about the render time.

hello i am back alfter a long training sceduel i am back and hope to post something soon bryce 7 how do i get that david this pic i nice but the glasses seam a little out of place should try a toothbrush or something lighting looks good and all the colors blend
The wavy tiles are my favorite, they look very good. The noise of the TA is still obvious to me, surprising, guess my eyes are trained to look for such things. The reflections on the metals are PERFECT! These are mind-blowingly well done. The wall texture looks awesome. I do miss some kind of color, just in real life there usually is something of color around unless one deliberately drives against colors. But in every way I must give this a 5ver and extend a well done once again to the master. I wonder how the dof and the bump are getting along? I have a notion of something but I will keep it to myself until I can run some tests on the new bump mapping fixes in the new beta.
Interesting variation of the theme. Except for the small reflections from the blue sky completely monochrome. What's that on the tiles? Looks like mirroring of the faucet but it appears to be enlarged.
