I've always been awed by flying saucers... a classic shape....the bigger the better. =) [b]A few days later....[/b] [url=http://www.cal3d.com/bryce/MS/MS1bx.mov][b]Here's the flyover[/b][/url].......just 709k after compressing with H.264 from 254mb. Not as majestic as I had hoped....need to slow it down at least by 1/2. But this took at least 2 days to render! =O May wait to re-do it when I upgrade to an i7 (soon, I hope!)

Great effect. If you half the speed I'll have more time to watch the shadows and then, I'm beginning to complain they are not soft... Flying saucers are cool if they're not of the kind your wife throws at you because you are still sitting in front of the computer and the supper got cold.
