Foggy Bay
I wanted to create a beautiful bay, for the family weekend visit. The terrain proved to be the hardest part, but I eventually got something I was pleased with. The models are from archive3d.net. Rendered in Bryce 7 Pro, 64 RPPs and took about 7 hours to finish. P.S.: Only today did I realize that there are too many compression artifacts in the sky. I need to save the image with jpeg's highest quality.

@David Thanks! I saw those in the forum and will have a look at them as soon as I have time! Especially the one about foam around a terrain :)
@Rashad Thanks! I too tend to not use fog that much, but it was necessary for this image. "Morning Bay" was just an after thought (wasn't really thinking of doing it at first), since I liked the result on this one. @Horo Thanks! And yes, I always save to bmp. The original has no such problems, but when I compressed to jpeg, it seems I used a compression factor too high. I'll fix it when I have time :)
Very good fog effect. When saving from Bryce, use BMP or TIFF which are uncompressed. Here, jpg is expected. Depending on the size of the picture, you might have to set compression higher in order to not overrun the file size limit. I use a graphic app that can adjust compression in 1% steps and shows the resulting file size along with the result in a preview. This is very helpful to find an acceptable compromise.
Very good fog work. I find that feature very fiddly but it works just fine for you. Very nice!
