Ice World2
This is a continuation on a theme from months ago...am wonder-struck by the beauty of the reflections on the ice. Same terrain & material, different sky adds color.....also did a fly-through the ice canyons [url=http://www.cal3d.com/bryce/IceWorld/IceWorld2.mov][b]here[/b][/url] ....2mb streaming. The still image is "super-fine anti-aliased" but had do the anim without AA due to extreme render times. Still a WIP. =)

More to come....I'm mesmerized by the colors and reflections, and the translucent quality of the "ice". Will be up-loading a few more variatons on the theme. =) BTW, the .mov isn't working now(?)...will make the download available asap.
The reflections play nicely on the ice in the animation.
Glad it took your mind off the heat! My enzymes stop functioning above 90f ! =O Hope you get some cooler weather soon....I'll post some more Ice World images, too. =)
