re: reflections Thanks, Horo. =) I've done several other 20sec clips animating the camera, sun, skies, and/or ship.......2 animations at a time (since I haven't gotten Lightning to work yet). I have 2 "cooking" right now....each one will take about 10hr because of the ship's material, and am doing AA.

No, but yes, it is a nice looking material. Needs updating with a bit of anisotropic I think...
re: under side of saucer Hi David, that's one of my favorite materials... Metals>Ships>Etched Blue Metal In fact, I thought you may have created it.....looks almost Egyptian....good for Stargates. =)
