I like the foreground and specially the transparency/reflection of the water. I'm not very enthusiastic about the background. Since this was an experiment, probably for the foreground, you've accomplished a lot.

Foreground details are excellent, work very well. The transition in water transparency and reflection is good. The background for me does not work as well as the foreground, somehow it does not seem far enough away. Still, very good though altogether, I'm just being picky.
