Die Nicht Toteninsel

Made with Bryce

A revision with clouds taken from http://www.daz3d.com/i/shop/itemdetails/?item=11218 And a boat from http://www.daz3d.com/i/shop/itemdetails/?item=5734 And a title inspired by Horo's observation on the last version http://www.bryce5.com/details.php?image_id=4772 Which I hope means Not the isle of the Dead. But I maybe wrong, since I can't speak German.

Nice. Just needs some actual 3d trees. I really like the way those clouds behave.

LOL, yes i supose your right, lets use Stephen

davidbrinnenArchived

Which do you prefer Stephen or Kid? And once you get old and decrepit won't it seem odd to be called Kid? Which is neither here not there, but now you've got me wondering.

STKyddArchived

Forgot, ST is for Stephen Thomas

Hmn... the link won't work directly... have to copy and paste it into a browser if you are sufficiently curious about this odd British comedy.

davidbrinnenArchived

ST? As for Scotland, you are well out of it! Used by Satan to describe Heaven. Heaven is a bit like Scotland, but without the midges - and the Scottish, obviously! As with John Prescott, don't be offended, he's like that with everyone! http://dictionary.sensagent.com/satan+(old+harry+s+game)/en-en/ Radio 4 comedy series of the very highest calibre.

It is pronounced Kid, I am onlythe second generation here in the states, My grandfather came here from Scotland when he was 12. 1920's I belive.

Thank you STKydd! Choosing a size for the ship was somewhat tricky, so I am pleased you do not feel it was out of place. By the by, how do you pronounce your name?

STKyddArchived

The terrain looks great and adding the ship gives it a better sense of scale, As allways great job

Thanks Alexey, now the "weakness" of the DAZ Bryce gallery has been exposed (accepts more than the prescribed 5 renders it seems), I think I am going to upload a good selection of images which I hope show off to good measure what the Bryce render engine can do.

Surprisingly clean and transparent rendering. Do not even think that it's Bryce.
