An interesting scene that I just threw together in a short time but took 16 hours to render with the materials and lighting.

The setup is excellent. The widow is outstanding, looks very convincing. The musical score sheet looks very clean. The person who is capable of such a job using just a quill is a great craftsperson ;)
Yeah, but the mat fine I have I found quite a long time ago. Like I said I just recolored it. I can only get the free stuff online since I have no money to buy the awsome stuff on Daz. Oh right, sorry I did not understand how these candles are meant to be. I just thought they were fancy shaped normal solid candles if you see what I mean?
candles Their the kind of candles that aren't all wax. You put in tealights or other candles in them and the rest of the holder can glow if you want. It's a wax ish mat I made btw. I just colored it to a nice color. I will render one with the holder color a white color.
Agreed over the candles. If you look at Day 12 here http://forum.daz3d.com/viewtopic.php?p=3183881&highlight=brinnen+frozen#3183881 There is an offering from Horo and myself which provides a red candle material and lighting suggestions. There is also a Day 1 one by us too... that's not related, just thought I would mention it while I as at it.
Excellent illumination of the scene. Misted over, in drops of a rain the windowpane looks convincingly. Only, raises the doubts a candle material.
