Well my idea was that the sun had gotten very hot and evaporated most the seas, the rusting hulk of a submarines lies on what was once the sea floor.
I like the reflection of the sun in the water and the sky is great. Forgive my ignorance. I wonder why you have called the picture "Blister".
We are left to ponder what happened to the strange vehicle. I like the sky most.
