That sky is to die for. The landscape itself is arresting. The trees are a bit of a surprise, never expected enough liquid water to build up here for much life like the trees however they do soften the impression for the viewer on a psychological level. Cannot complain about this render in any way in terms of lighting. Fine work!

No, no. You are right Horo. When I planted trees, I also doubt their necessity.
As for the ruins ... In the Himalayas, there is an abandoned ancient temples in the mountains. I'm a little fantasizing about it.

The mountains are majestic, there is nothing boring about this artwork without the trees. The ruin is a nice focus and we can ponder what it was used for. But as always, the artist has the last word.

Thanks, Horo. I do not know how high it is. :) Maybe, trees should not be here. But without them, it seemed too boring.

Grandiose mountain scene. It looks as if there was a glacier to the left. I don't know at what altitude we are, I perceive it as high, 4000+ metres. If so, the blue of the sky could be a bit darker and there would not be vegetation. According to the trees, this cannot be much more than 1500 m altitude with the mountains about double as high.
