Nice job with this scenario. I like the materials you've chosen. The purple sky does a great job of creating an alien feel.
Neat idea for an exhibition. It does feel alien and desolate, so you're successful there. Keep it up.
Picture import in Bryce 7.1 is flawed on the Mac, known and reported bug. But you can set up the parts using pictures in Bryce 6, save the file and open it in 7.1 and it should work. Interesting render!
