Always a challenge, everybody tries it. I've seen better. The splash is missing, the fog clouds are intended to cover that.

Answer Draw a terrain, white and black with a hard brush and apply erosion. Give it a water texture with some reflection and populate the surroundings with some land. I got inspired by a tutorial to be found at http://www.petersharpe.com/Tutorial14.htm.
Question Since I am a beginner you will most likely not heed my message but I will ask anyway. How do you make waterfalls.
