Thank you Rashad.

Seems almost like a low hanging cloud. Nice trees.

On several my wanderings in the mountains reaching the top of the fog layer, a clearing ahead appeared showing the panorama ahead while the fog still remained on the sides. It has to do with the air current. That is what I attempted here. Staying down in the fog "soup" looks as the example image you linked looks. Volumetrics are partly broken in Bryce 7 so I used a torus with a volumetric fog material and also added Haze from the Sky Lab (adjusting Base Height was critical).

* Hello, Horo! How did you do the fog? As an reasoning. Typically, the action of fog near the camera is not so noticeable. The fog thickens with increasing distance from the camera. For example, like this: https://img-fotki.yandex.ru/get/111568/39656169.64/0_e3cbf_cc8937ed_X5L
