As used on my "Damp Atmosphere" image, it's a bit fiddly to set up because it uses altitude sensitivity but other than that it should do it all for you. I found that it was best applied to the 2d square surface (which is appropriate I suppose), anyway, give it a go and get that genuine UK weather experiance and stay indoors!
