Smoky Volcano
A terrain from Terrain Stacking (available at bryce-tutorials) with a material from Grand Mountains. The smoke is an upside down conus with a material from the Library Atmospherics Clouds-Volume, much modified. Sky and ambient light by the CloudyDay HDRI from HDRI Enhanced Skies (both available at Daz 3D), the key light by the sun. A smoky volcano in a remote, mountainous and snow covered region.

. I imagine that the rendering took a long time, I have tried using smoke and volumetrics and they take a long time to render but you are right maybe the volcano begins to erupt
Thank you caperh. Critique is not bad and can also be helpful. The squared parts at bottom left appear because of the resolution of the texture is not sufficient, the camera is too near. The cone is stretched so it fits into the mountain and is thus not very wide on top. I see what you mean. It depends on how fast the smoke is pushed out to make it rather thin or like a mushroom.
. Very good snowy texture I like it, but on the bottom left it seems to have not finished the render because the texture is still squared, and Horo I do not like to criticize but I would like to make an observation I think that the smoke from the volcano should be larger than the top as an inverted cone however I still like it
