The object is a Simple Shape from Hypertextures Base with a slightly modified material within a partly transparent cylinder. Colour and negative shadows by the Wph21_SD HDRI, also from Hypertextures Base (available at Daz 3D), no other light source. The shadows from the helix become coloured lights on the wall.
