Eagle Mountain

ummm close. No, bald eagles although native to all the American states they are more common in colder climates. Especially Alaska when they nest in the extreme mountain tops and feed off the salmon even after the brief spring when the slamon have frozen in the ice as the end result off spawning.

Strange, but COOL! This image looks original mostly because we are used to see eages in deserts(hot ones). It's appears strange to me how you got the idea of putting eagles and snow in one...very COOL image!

:) i love the picture and i espeially love the subject matter :) well done

Here's how I did it. Take the peach haze preset sky. Then make a monster size mountain and adjust the camera down until the horizon disappears, then thats how it looks.

Sea of fog With the right weather condition, clouds are in the valleys while the mountains are in clear sunshine. This is exactly how it looks like, if you are just about the hight of the cloud top. Usually, the sky is an unstained blue. I started to do such a scene as seen from higher up, but up to now I've utterly failed. Yours is a beautiful piece of work.

Thanks I like it too. The lens flare is a PS effect; worked out pretty well if I do say so myself. P.S. I like Halo too .. :)

woah Thats awesome! I really like the blueness of it all.. and the Halo like effect it makes. Halo as in the x box game =)
