Double stacked self-made terrain with materials from "High Resolution Terrains 2". The fog is by the FogCube from "Environments - Inclement Weather" (both available at Daz 3D). Sky and ambient light by the "Illpass" HDRI (unpublished) and the key light by the sun. A mountainscape with the valleys still in the fog.
