The terrain was self made and given an adjusted material from "Gritstone Hills" (available at Daz 3D). Sky and ambient light by the "ErnieClouds" HDRI (free as Angular Map on my website > Raytracing > Resources > HDRI) and the key light by the sun. Three differently high spiky mountain lines.
