rain I downloaded the rain material in mat. exchange and created a huge cube and put the rain texture on it. if it doesnt look right then you can scale it down a bit.
Ocean? Oh, I thought it was a landscape. But you're right, the form of the waves look good but they need some reflection (or foam), even in this weather. The rain looks good and 3d. I've tried rain as well, but with limitted success. How did you do it?
