Tripple Sunset
Rather an experiment than a piece of art. The sun is in the back of the camera and invisible; it is setting nevertheless as is obvious from the light in the foreground. Far away a mirror partly reflecting and partly transparent with a refraction index of 75 shows the larger sun at right. Behind that mirror, there is a second one, full reflecting. It shows the left sun. It is smaller because of the low refraction index of the first mirror. Both mirrors are slightly slanted to move the image of the sun. The tricky thing here is to hide the mirrored picture from the first in the second one. Camera angle is only 30?.
